Users must ensure that all content they upload complies with these terms and does not violate any laws or regulations. Specifically, users are prohibited from uploading:

• Images containing or suggesting minor sexual content, violence, or anything that is against local laws.
• Any illegal content. The uploading of such content is strictly prohibited.

Users retain all rights to the photos they upload to Recolor Me. We do not claim any ownership of the content submitted to our service. However, by using our service, users grant us the temporary right to process their images in order to provide our enhancement service.

Recolor Me provides a service for enhancing the quality of photos. We delete photos 1 hour after they are uploaded and processed. We do not take responsibility for the creation, content, or distribution of the images processed through our service.
